0 Introduction

In a broad sense, networked manufacturing covers all links in the whole process of manufacturing supported by networked technology. Under the networked manufacturing mode, collaboration is the necessity for modern enterprises to compete and cooperate
in the networked manufacturing environment, the research of enterprise collaborative technology includes collaborative strategy, mode, architecture, product collaborative development principle and implementation method, information system collaboration, collaborative quality management, supplier collaborative evaluation system and distributed collaborative modeling. Based on the collaborative manufacturing strategy, networked manufacturing makes small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises need to strengthen the collaborative cooperation with other enterprises to deal with new opportunities and challenges. At present, the degree of collaboration of small and medium-sized enterprises is not high. They are not only weak, lack funds and talents, but also lack a customized collaborative management platform that can well meet the management needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. Networking oriented manufacturing mode, to some extent, limits the collaborative cooperation between enterprises. Informatization makes most enterprises focus on internal collaborative management. In the face of fierce market competition, small and medium-sized enterprises emphasize rapid response and timely adjustment, and pay full attention to the cooperation between enterprises and outside
1. Networked manufacturing collaboration alliance and collaborative management mode
1.1 networked manufacturing collaboration alliance
networked manufacturing collaboration alliance (nmca) is a set of functional entities for enterprise collaborative work under the networked manufacturing paradigm. It is a generalized extended organization composed of core enterprises and their members of functional entities with temporary or long-term business connections (as shown in Figure 1), and its goal is to implement collaborative management, Realize customer value. In networked manufacturing environment, manufacturing enterprises and external functional entities can form nmca according to opportunities

1.2 enterprise collaborative management mode based on Collaborative Management Center
in networked manufacturing mode, the connection between manufacturing enterprises and external functional entities is regarded as a whole, and the functional center of its collaborative management is a core enterprise, which can be mapped to a networked manufacturing collaborative management center. Its function is to realize the supply, manufacturing, marketing and data information processing of core enterprises. It is the collaborative decision-making center, information processing and exchange center, partner selection and matching center, scheduling operation center and collaborative alliance information system access control center of the whole nmca. The management idea expressed by collaborative engineering is mainly reflected in synergy, that is, through the collaborative management of functional entities, to realize the sharing of information, technology, resources and talents, effectively plan and coordinate the workflow, information flow, logistics and value transmission in nmca, and realize the collaborative management mode between enterprises based on the collaborative management center (as shown in Figure 2). This mode is applicable to nmca with manufacturing enterprises as the core; It is applicable to the collaborative alliance where the core enterprise is a supplier or distributor; It can also be applied to the internal production and operation process of manufacturing enterprises. 2. Collaborative management platform system framework
networked manufacturing collaborative management center is the core of the integrated platform framework, the core system of the enterprise collaborative management platform, and the specific implementation of the collaborative function layer, process management layer and data service layer. In design, the system architecture can be implemented with a three-layer browser/server (b/s) structure, To realize user interaction of nmca. The functions of the collaborative management center are relatively rich, complete and complex. Through the investigation of many small and medium-sized enterprises, from the perspective of the applicability of enterprise collaborative engineering and system engineering, its functional structure can be appropriately simplified and reorganized to establish a collaborative management center with core manufacturing enterprises, including collaborative planning, selection and matching Collaborative integrated platform system including information exchange and access control management (as shown in Figure 3). The reorganized collaboration center will maintain the core idea of enterprise collaboration management and value chain management, and also enhance the applicability and operability of the integrated platform

(4) the basic environment layer
is based on local area network (LAN), virtual private network (VPN) and internet/extranet intranet, adopts networked object distribution technology, and realizes collaborative information exchange and integration among nmca members based on XML technology; CORBA technology is adopted to realize the interoperability between heterogeneous systems of enterprises through object request broker (ORB)
(5) the application layer
realizes the processing of specific businesses through the regulation of the collaborative management center. The collaborative management center plays the role of information exchange and system integration center. It is the provider of public functions and services of nmca member information system, the manager of public information, and the provider of interfaces required for access, interaction and interoperability of member application systems and databases
2.1 collaborative planning
market opportunities, core competencies and customer value monitoring is the key to the establishment and operation of NMC, and it is also the starting point of collaborative planning. Its main task is to modify, adjust and monitor the specific operations of nmca. By optimizing the enterprise value chain and sharing the main information of products, procurement, production and inventory in nmca, member enterprises put forward requirements, core enterprises summarize, and negotiate and plan with nmca members from the overall perspective of value. Follow the reasonable benefit and risk allocation strategy and establish a reasonable benefit and risk allocation pattern, so as to realize/benefit sharing and risk sharing
2.2 cooperative partner selection and matching
core manufacturing enterprises make market forecasts according to customer needs and other market information; Make the demand plan according to the forecast information and customer orders; According to the requirements of time, quality, cost, service, management and ability of products in the plan, quantify the multi-level and phased evaluation indicators of cooperative partners such as suppliers, cooperative factories and customers, evaluate them according to the indicators, and obtain the best partner from the archive information database of cooperative partners to form nmca, which includes three stages: establishment process, operation process and post operation evaluation, It mainly realizes the establishment of comprehensive evaluation index system, multi index comprehensive evaluation, fuzzy selection model and algorithm implementation
2.3 collaborative information exchange
the collaborative management platform is located in the core enterprise of nmca. Other members use the information transmission channel to realize the collaborative information exchange between their application systems and the platform. Collaborative information exchange can be mainly divided into two aspects: information expression and information transmission exchange. In the platform, there is an XML based information exchange Island maintained and managed by the information interface agent. Through it, data can be extracted from the single source of product data (SSPD) environment of the collaborative platform, or external data can be loaded into the collaborative management platform, as shown in Figure 4

2.4 collaborative access control access
control takes user authentication as the premise, limits the ability and scope of legitimate users to access information, and determines whether the collaborative user subject is authorized to perform some operation on the object. Due to the existence of some systems that rely on social protocols and are coordinated by users for access control or given the same permissions, access errors, conflicts, inconsistencies, unauthorized access and many other problems will be caused. Nmca members have different identities, professional expertise and task division, and different data information has different sharing scope, collaboration requirements and security requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate access control strategies for collaborative management platforms
access control depends on the identification of the legalization of the main body, which roughly links the friction of the main segment with membership and privileges, allowing authorized users to access specific information according to their permissions. The current access control strategies mainly include mandatory access control (MAC) Discretionary access control (DAC) and role-based access control (role based access control, RBAC). The third way is convenient for authorization management, role division, responsibility sharing, goal classification and granting minimum privileges, which is the development trend of access control.
